Personnel Telephone Numbers:

Navigation: Main Menu --> Data Entry (Tab) --> Personnel Details --> Telephone (Tab)

Common use for a browsing visitor is to find an employee's phone number. See New Users for details on how to use the finding facility to find someone's phone number.

Telephone Numbers:- These two numbers look lonely all on their own but are isolated like this for two reasons:

  1. Some users do not have access to other portions of employee data but ALL get access to employee phone numbers.

  2. A user often just needs to find someone's number and does not need a cluttered, confusing screen to get in the way!
  • Clicking on the 'Telephone' tab displays these numbers.
  • Enter / edit numbers as required.
  • Save new or changed information using the Record Selector.
